Everything we sell is handcrafted in our Middlebury, Vermont workshop from 100% lead-free fine pewter. Pewter is an excellent choice for jewelry for even the most sensitive skin, because it is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. The Butterfly / Blue dangly earrings are made by hand from fine lead-free pewter in our Middlebury, Vermont workshop. The French wires are surgical steel and each pair of earrings come packaged on a card. They measure 5/8" high plus earring wire.
